I was just online playing my WoW adn all of a sudden my computer started freezing up i had 6+google chrome tabs up so i just figured i had too much going on at one time so i ctrl+alt+delete and closed the internet tabs and when i tabbed back into WoW my screen started glytching out and then turned purple i can do everything else on the net youtube/watch dvds stream music etc. ive cleaned my computer completely out restored it to about a month ago and still every time i log in i get to where your character is completly logged in and BAM purple screen.


Now is it a video card or something else?

Mhm. Try updating your drivers. If that doesn't work, try using Driver Sweeper to clear all your Nvidia drivers, then update it. If that doesn't work, check to make sure your power supply is sufficient for your GPU. It could have gotten damaged. If none of this goes through, then your GPU is dead.
