I haven't spent much myself, only about $75 on a Valve pack a few years ago. My friend, on the other hand, has 200+ games from Steam that he's bought and downloaded (all legit).

Yes they do, and they even have newer games for sale around then too that came right before so christmas sale is the best imo

Now I just need to figure out how to deal with the space since I usually put games onto my external hard drive. Not entirely sure how to install/save games through steam onto the hard drive.

Theres a couple ways to do it.
What i do is 1. Copy games folder that i want to move
2. Paste it in the drive
3. Clean out the old folder but still leave the folder
4. Create a link between them useing a program(Dont remember the name off hand and im at work, if you want i will give you a link when i get home to it)
5. Play game

I wish steam would add multiple drive support so it would be a piece of cake

Dark messiah of might and magic: 2.50€
Mount & Blade with fire and sword: i think it was about 3.60€
Torchlight: it was around 2.50-5.00€

So it makes about 16.10-18.60€, not bad for 5 at least fairly good games

I had my eye on Portal 2, Civ 5, and possibly Amnesia, just waiting for a sale. Everything else was just skimming the sale listings and thinking, "Oh yeah, I heard this game was good... for that price I'll definitely check it out." Need to get caught up on some of the awesome stuff released during my WoW addiction...

For $120 (the retail price of Portal + Civ + Amnesia alone) I got enough stuff to keep me busy all year, so I think I made out like a bandit. My wife does not agree, however she's already addicted to Plants vs. Zombies, so -- bullet dodged.
