Kinetic is recruiting a highly skilled resto shaman for Firelands heroics! We are looking for someone who loves progression raiding -- fast-paced and demanding encounters, the creativity and teamwork they require, the thrill of hard-earned success -- and is also constantly striving to optimize and perfect their playstyle.
Despite many struggles since the start of Cataclysm, our talented and skilled core has remained strong, and we successfully went 13/13H + drakes before Firelands. Our guild offers a mature, high-level raiding environment which recognizes that real life situations sometimes take priority over killing internet dragons. The atmosphere in our raids is usually fairly laid-back yet focused, with the expectation that everyone is here to do what it takes as individuals and as a team to conquer the content. Loot is distributed via rolls with roughly equal loot distribution enforced.
That applicants should be amazing players with excellent raid awareness goes without saying. We also ask that you be mature and 20+ years old, able to take and give suggestions and criticism, and be self-motivated to bring your best to every raid and every attempt. The ability to contribute to strategy development is a huge plus, as is being comfortable with using your microphone.
