So a few days ago, around Friday or so, my fairly decent wow Ms of 60-200 SKYROCKETED to 5k-8k on average. the only thing to have changed what so ever, is that my sister has returned home from a trip, which left her computer on standby for about a week. Now that she's back, she's back to her normal usage which generally involves medium you tube usage and light Facebook usage. The change in my ms coincided with her return, but i find it hard to believe that would be the cause, seeing how she's been doing the same thing for months, without any change to my connection.

Not only is World of Warcraft effected by my connection, everything that uses wifi is experiencing slowdowns, my smartphone, my computer, and my sister's laptop.

My father currently has his laptop hardwired into our router via an Ethernet cable, and he has not said anything referring to connection issues, so I assume it has something to do with our network over our ISP, or at least this is the conclusion that has been reached by myself and friends i've asked for help. Although our ISP has experienced issues with connection speeds before.

Our cable modem is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16825122011 as provided by our ISP, and our router is here http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Cisco+Li...&skuId=9770315. Our modem and router are placed near each other about 5.5ft off the ground, in the second story of our house, with both my sister's and my computer 1 room away, with our wireless adapters about 5.5 ft off the ground.

I've tried the leatrix latency fix, it's reduced my delay from between 5k-8k, to 4k or less, but for some reason, that only lasted a day before returning back to garbage.
(I recived this tip from this thread, http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...atency-(maybe))

I then tried disabling my WLAN AutoConfig, but all that did was stop my internet connection entirely.
(I recieved this tip from this thread, http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...-With-Wireless)

Both me and my sister run wireless internet.

Specs of my Machine (as requested in help sticky):
CPU: Intel core 2 duo 3.00ghz
RAM: 4gb, unsure of DDR
Graphics Card: ATI radeon 4650 HD
Power Supply: Unsure. (My machine was partly pre built/partly self built.)
Operating System: Windows vista 32 bit
Resolution: 1680 x 1050 on display one, and 1280 x 1024 on display two.
WoW Settings: all of my settings are good sans Water, shadows, and particle density. Water is ultra, Shadows are High, and Particle density is ultra.

For my internet connection I use a Cisco AE1000 High-preformance Wireless-N adapter, as seen here http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Cisco+Li...ries&cp=1&lp=4 only mine is NOT refurbished and was bought new in store.

Post any other needed information that may be useful to reaching a solution, and i will gladly post it.
