FF III on wii virtual console.

my friend called me over the other day to watch him play FF III on the virtual console. after watching for a few minutes i was thinking about playing it myself. now ive only ever heard great things about this game. what id like to know is, is it worth getting, who are the best characters and how long would it take to beat should i get it?

Definitely worth getting. Probably my second favorite out of em all (with 7 being the first).

If by III you mean VI (yes, the numbering was badly screwed in America) by all means, get it and play it. I't the best FF by far.

3 is the best Final Fantasy, period, get it you won't regret it.
