I'm sorry but for me Human Centipede is not a horror movie at all. Horror should scare you, not disgust you. It's just another sick movie that I regret even knowing about.
For me it's close to two girls one cup and there is no reason for me to watch the second movie..
And again - calling this sick thing a "hardcore horror" is just.. bad IMHO..

These types of movies are not scary in the slightest bit, they are just gross. A really scary movie is a movie that does horror tastfully. Everybody knows the scariest things are the things you dont see.

Well, maybe not everybody, but thats what i think. Thats why Blair Witch Project scared the shit out of me.

Horror movie =/= scary movie

While those can come hand in hand it's not a must. I enjoyed Blair Witch Project myself aswell even though if you note it down it's a boring movie...they did a good job on building up a tense feeling without actually anything happening.

Serbian Film and Human Centipede have nothing on 120 Days of Sodom.

Some points I was laughing and others it was just fucking nasty. I'm sure there are a LOT worse, but 120 Days of Sodom for me holds the title as "most fucked up".

And the funny thing is... it was written by Marquis de Sade in the 1700s, centuries before any of this garbage.

Ugh. I really don't like these sorts of movies. The first one was bad enough. After reading the plot for the 2nd I think I'll pass.

Well not to necro but didnt want to start a new thread on something that probably won't get many replies anyway. I just came here to see that many people share my opinion on it...people say I'm heartless because I laughed at a couple parts in Saw, but I threw up watching the first one. And the 2nd one's plot is totally uncalled for. Guy masturbating to torture-porn, then re-enacting it on more innocent people? Humanity is succumbing to a new low.
