By "fu**ed" you mean what? Brutal? Something disgusting? Something... inhuman?
Anyway, I've seen more scariest movies at the internet... and they were real, that's the reason why they were more scary than horrors.
    Also you should watch:
    Inhuman:
    Eden Lake
    Disgusting:
    Human centipede.
    Brutal:
    Event Horizon

Martyrs is a movie that belongs on the top ranks of this list, you should watch it before the americans produce a bad replication of it.

I'll never figure out why people like goreography so much.

It's foul and really makes me wonder about the direction the world is taking.

I would rate a Serbian Film as more shocking than Ichi the Killer. Ichi is a better movie though.

Yeah no x100. Its shocking yeah but there isn't anything scary about it. Whats scary about any of it? In my opinion a scary movie makes you afraid, hours after you are done watching you just have that slight twinge of paranoia. That is what a great scary movie does this shocked me sure and disgusted me, thats a given, but I wasn't ever afraid while watching it. I don't see how anyone could be. This is just another gore movie that goes for shock value rather than actual fright. Also I think the ending was cheap. It was good up until the very last portion I don't want to ruin anything but hopefully you understand what I mean.

Oh and yeah its more shocking than Old Boy but Old Boy was a great movie. I'll take ANY well done piece of cinema over the 'SHOCKINGHOWFARCANWEPUSHTHEENVELOPE' crap genre that this movie belongs in.

Here is a pretty good list of things that happen in the movie.
But yeah that movie is disturbing to say the least.

I watch these films for the cinematography, and trying to visualize the writer/directors conception and overall plan with the film.

A Serbian Film offered nothing in these regards, and in fact the ending was the single most hilarious yet ridiculously stupid ending I've ever seen (and believe me, I've watched a lot of these types of movies). It had no point outside a bunch of overly-extravagant, novelty visuals and concepts. It was a shit-show, to say the least. The Marilyn Manson of shocking films. You know the director probably has a point somewhere in his head, but the message just gets completely overshadowed by the extreme attempts at being taboo and shocking. At least with Oldboy, they didn't shove it in your face until you grew tired of it and there was a legitimate (and intriguing) story to be told behind the disgust.

This coming from someone who has been a very avid collector of rare/banned/illegal/snuff (yes, you read that correctly) films for 15 years. I just kind of have to laugh at every movie being mentioned in this thread as having some correlation with devious sexual acts (except Saw, which is a laughing stock). It's kind of cute.
"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age"

This film has been mentioned so many times on this forum now, I get bored of hearing about it.

Yes, I've watched it. Yeah, it was pretty gruesome and certainly shocking. I didn't sleep well that night. But... it's so old now!
