    Need help with Beth'tilac 10N

I know a lot of guilds have blown past Beth'tilac with 0 wipes etc. etc. but we seem to be having a tough time. We 2 shot Shannox before but then spent the rest of the night wiping on Beth (we reached P2 on about 20% of our pulls and got her down to a record of ~65% HP).

    Our raid comp:

    Prot warrior (with fury OS)
    Prot warrior

    Holy paladin
    Resto shaman
    Resto druid

    Affliction warlock
    Ret paladin (with tank OS)
    Assassination Rogue
    MM Hunter
MM Hunter (sometimes have to fill in with another ranged)

We seem to be doing fine with adds up until the last cycle (we have the drone in 1 corner with all spawn locations marked and we call out where the spiderlings are coming from), our paladin taunts and handles the spinners with some help from the warlock while the rest are on the spiderlings/drone. We've tried sending up our holy paladin and resto shaman but they both have an equally difficult time keeping the tank up (we found that we can only keep them alive by constantly using the biggest heal available and fillers as needed). So whichever one was up usually comes down for P2 drained of mana unless RNG lets our warrior parry/dodge a lot of successive hits. Also, our assassination rogue is upstairs using cloak of shadows and feint to help reduce the aoe damage taken from Beth and we get her to around 80% before P2. We were thinking of 2 healing it with our Ret paladin going prot (raid wall and more CDs for going upstairs) and one of the warriors going fury to take the spinners and our resto shaman going elemental. It would be much tighter on mana but there wouldn't be as much chaos with adds downstairs. Does anyone with a similar comp have suggestions?

Edit: We all have an item level over 359 btw.

Basically your DPS below the web need to be pushing as hard as possible to make sure there is only one drone up at a time.

When Beth comes down from the web the last drone should be below 80% and you should get it down asap after the spiderlings

the spinners ofc should be dead and a good way to do this is get your hunters to distracting shot them so they come down from their webs and you can get your add tank to pick them up with the drone and you can AoE them together.

You should probably assign one of the hunters to be on spiderlings full time as well.

our first kill on day on was a oneshot from 97% hp in P2 due to adds remaining on bottom when P2 started.

Unless you're dps isn't going above 15k i can't understand what you're having such a hard time with.

Kill priority is Spiderlings> Spiders > Drone.
If for some reason you're having trouble at bottom ask your dps to come down and help, each add alive when p2 starts heals Beth'tilac by 10% which is allways bad.
Save heroism for 30% or as long as your healers can handle without using raid cooldowns, also set up a cooldown rotation.
Make sure your dps have CDs when heroism is up.

Other than that there's not much else to say about the fight, are your dps actually getting fast enough on the adds when they spawn and not waiting for 10seconds each time due to aggro or reaction time etc?

Your setup is fine. Based on that I'd put the rogue and the holy pally up top. We usually have 2 hunters put spiderlings as top priority and with traps and MS they are very easily managed with 2x hunters...SV is actually even better than MM for p1 of this fight but MM works very well too so it isn't a huge deal (we use one of each). What we do is set up three different raid markers on the ground around the area where the lings can spawn, say green, blue, yellow. One of us watches green, one yellow, and we both watch blue. That way we can see where they spawn from as soon as possible, announce where on vent, kill them, and have more time to help the others (in your case the ret and lock) kill the other add types. There can't be a lot of confusion or downtime on adds or you will fall way behind quite easily. But manage that and you'll get p2 in the bag easily as it is mostly a tank and spank with some proper cooldown usage in the mix.

You will also need to make sure Beth does not eat any spiders when she comes down, you will want that damage to stay. I'd also strongly advise against two healing, I'm sure it's doable but you'd really need top-notch dps to get through p2 before getting overwhelmed, which you don't have yet.

Get one of your hunters to specc survival and he should be able to take care of all the spiderlings himself so the rest of the group can focus on the drones, the tank can cleave down all the spinners himself.
If this gives you alot of "free" time below send 1 more dps up so you go into p2 with less HP on Beth wich will make p2 alot easier. With 2 dps you will probably get her down to around 60-70% when p2 starts.
And make sure that the tank who jumps up, uses his CDs to help with the healing..

If mana is abit of a prob, try popping mana tide when tank, healer & dps comes down from the webb the first time then you will have it ready for a second pop in p2.

If you all have an itemlevel over 359 this should be a really easy fight.

Pro tip: Let 2x dps;ers go up the first times.

    Third try, one stay down.

Profit: Bet is lower when coming down - Easier to dps the last adds down.

I (resto shaman) had a much easier time up top than our paladin fwiw.
