CPU usage and frame rate problems

After about 20min of play on WoW my CPU usage will spike and my framerate will go from 50-55 on ultra to 15 on low. my GPU temp is stable at about 72-75C and my CPU is at 60C. Is that to hot or is there some other problem?

Ill just link the laptop since that should be easier then me typing everything out and forgetting something lol http://usa.asus.com/Notebooks/Gaming_Powerhouse/G71Gx/ also inb4 ventilation. i keep it elevated with a 2 inch gap between the back of it and the table.

Other than system specs, are you using addons (if yes, what addons)? Does it happen everywhere, or just in certain areas? Does it only happen in crowded areas or also in the middle of silithus?

Just did a prime95 test and my cpu topped out at 79c
