No, but if you get the 2500k instead you can overclock. Plus going with a P67 instead of H61 will let you get an Ivy Bridge when they come out.

Not necessarily. But changing the CPU to a it 2500K, alongside the mobo switch, will.
If you already have the CPU, I'd stick with what you have already.

Depends on the resolution you're running at and what games.

High resolution = Better video card

Heavy CPU gaming = Better CPU

Although the differences between a 2500 and an overclocked 2500k are probably going to be minimal off the bat, but it's also the lowest difference in price.
