The second might be a newer revision, hard to say. It's not even listed on XFXs site.

They have a different cooler and fans on them. Google is wonderful (Just copy the actual product models XFX HD-685X-ZNFR).

They're actually mostly identical, and also the ZNFR is not listed on XFXs site. I know how to google, more so than most people likely.
