The question is simple 4 pc t11 or 2pc t12?
I dont know which would give the most regen on average so, any ideas?

2 T12 is really nice, I don't remember the exact numbers but it's above 4 T11. It has 40% chance to proc 1405 mana on an holy shock. It gives back around 30K mana on 7mn~ fights. Not talking about the stat gain you'll take on each piece, especially if you're in 359 t11.

The math:
2p T12 6% Base Mana = 0.06*24777 = 1486,62 Mana Per Proc
40 % Procchance on Holyshock
6 Sec CD on HS
so we have a Proc every 15 Sec so 4 times a minute
5946,48 Mana/Minute => 495,54 Mp5
And 4p T11 was 540 Spirit when HS is used on Cooldown
So Spirit Regen does depend on your Int lvl though. But I can't find the exact formula right now. But I hope someone will do the math, but if I remember correctly it was something like 350-400 Mp5 worth.
