New video card Frame rate in WoW

I can see tearing on pretty much any movement, I never turn VSync off.

Or that! I don't really know, as I never run with it off, unless to check how close/far to 60 I am, so I can justify shadows on Ultra or not (it really isn't any prettier than on good) - but yes, I am that vain. :3
How's your xenons ticking along?

actually its true i check my CPU it spikes higher when i Vsync off, so i guess ON IT IS!
