I'm going to go ahead and assume you're trolling, just like with many of your other posts.

I will, however, answer that a shockadin spec no longer exists and hasn't existed in a long time. Holy Shock is only given to holy paladins at level 10. So unless you plan to dps as holy, which would do much less dps and have many more problems than being ret, you won't ever use Holy Shock offensively. Or in any way that resembles what shockadins used to be.
