Website:
girthguild.com -- Application is at guild website.
Girth is currently recruiting a Hybrid Warrior & Support for Heroic Firelands progression! You may fill out our automated online application form at girthguild.com after signing up for a forum account.
Girth formed June 18, 2011. Our leadership has played with one another consistently for four years, and we are very stable. Last tier we went 7/13 Heroic after our core formed in early April this year.
We're currently looking for an exceptional, experienced Retribution Paladin or DPS Warrior (who can commit to 90% attendance minimum), and Support Raiders to join our team. The ideal candidate would also have a raid-viable offspec. We're interested only in those currently ready to raid Heroic Firelands, meaning iLVL-362+ unless there's a reason you're using a specific piece.
For Core spots, applications last 3-5 weeks and are dependent on your skill, reliability, and "fit". We are a small group, very low key, and genuinely enjoy one another's company. It is important that any potential applicant fits well within our social group.
For more information, please contact Alouette or Lethalis in game during non-raid times. If you contact us while raiding you will likely have your tells missed or ignored.
I've been asked by a lot of players "What does Support rank mean?". Simply put, as a small core, we have a need for more casual raiding players to occassionally fill the gaps or holes in our rosters caused by emergencies, vacations, internet outages, weddings, or basically, Life Happening. Support rank is ideal if you are an excellent player and want to raid occassionally but cannot keep to the strict schedule (90%) our guild requires. This is a mutually beneficial agreement.
