I don't understand why you would want to bind a CD to a button you press every 2-3 seconds. It's not like you just pop everything as soon as you hit something.

so I have a 90 second trinket ( the mastery one, forget the name) since it is only 90 seconds should I bind with TV so I dont miss possible up-time?

stil macro it to your TV/Zeal as the dps you gain from 1 extra use very 4 uses is probably less than the dps gain of delaying it to use while zeal/aw.
