We did it with 2 tank, 3 healers, and 5 dps with each dps taking the shard for 9 stacks, have one healer on tanks for the first shard, other two healers on torments spamming heals, over heals will still grant stacks, we also bloodlust on the first crystal. after that crystal is done, those two healers are the tank healers and the other heals torment. they than go into their healer rotation on torments switching every crystal. it's tough to meet the dps requirement this method, but doable.
Whether the world's greatest gnats or the world's greatest heroes, you're still only mortal!

Solo tanking strategy becomes very hard on your healers to keep your guy up for late Decimation Blades. Healing 90% of a few million HP vs a few Hundred thousand? Yeaah.

Drop a healer and 2 tank it. By far the easiest way.
Have a Spriest or someone start your rotation so they can just get spam healed and build up a huge stack buffer. After that we found 12 stacks was just too much damage on the DPS, we usually stopped at 9

Later edit: 15 stacks is a terrible idea, dispersion or not, because if he just misses that dispersion one time doing that you lose him, and you have to reorganize your rotation and such on-the-fly. You can do it that way, but it's not even necessary... at all... and it's much more risky. The "Get Ready" that we use at 7 stacks always results in 10 stacks on everyone, as by the time they swap/move and with vent lag, 3 more stacks have been applied.
No point at all in getting 10 stacks.
Get 9 or 12. It goes in multiples of 3
