Keys, rings (4 of em),Cell phone, wallet (with whats included in it) and an auto folding knife (switchblade for the laymans terms & no their not illegal anymore if the blade is 4 inches or less in the U.S.).

That's generally what I carry with me all the time, & before you ask the knife is for practical reasons as much as self defense (you never know when you will have to cut something & it works as a screwdriver as well)
