    Unhappy I slept until now (15:20 GMT +1) and I feel like a zombie.

    What do I do? I can't even heal properly at this point because my body and brain alike just won't respond quick enough! D:

    It's not about how much sleep you get, it's about the quality of sleep and when during your sleep cycle you wake up.

    If you sleep comfortably and wake up out of REM sleep, 5-6 hours is often enough (for an adolescent/adult...you need more as you get older). However, if you sleep like shit and wake up out of deep sleep, it doesn't matter how long you slept for, you'll still feel like a heap of ass.
