Problems with rainmeter

Hey, I saw this thread online and decided to ask a question, seeing as this is recent.

I just got my laptop back after getting a new HDD put in (last one shat itself) and wanted to re-install r/meter. I originally had the Enigma theme, and I wanted to pop that back up just now... but there's a problem. Every time I click on one of the configs, of a whole theme, nothing happens. I have it in the right folder too. I have even tried loading it in the skin manager, nothing happens.

Just the crappy original theme in version 2.1 beta. Anyone help with this? Driving me nuts, used to work fine, now all I can do is unload or re-load the default theme :\
