No off-hand avaible for Death Knights

At the moment dualwielding frost dks have to toss up an extra 1500 conq to get an offhand compared to all other classes.
Is that fair?

Death Knights cant use fist weapons so we have to choose from:

warriors = dk now? also u dont have to be dual wielding

every DK spec can use a 2H, so buy that and u dont have to whine about conquest cost
