Neglecting which resolution you run in and level of antialiasing + in what kind of environment you're in when you see this kind of FPS.

Without breaking a sweat. Yes. AFAIK these are GPU-limited options. But you need to know if your PSU can handle it. And also as people have said, in many combat scenarios you might still have "low" FPS due to your CPU.

Wries, are you 100% sure that this graphic card is compatible? Cus i don't wanna buy a card that doesn't fit.
No I can't be 100% sure unless we get to see either your computers model name (I assume it's a pre-built HP/Dell/acer/something? should have a model name like w4898 blah blah stickered on somewhere) or if you run CPU-Z and post a screenshot of the Mainboard tab.
