Links from our intranet site at work doesnt work

Our intranet site works fine, but when we try using the links
they don't want to work when we use internet explorer but works fine with mozilla firefox.
And this is a Windows 7 problem. They work fine with both programs with Win XP.
any ideas :P?

by any chance does your internet explorer have a proxy set up? also you could try moving to IE8 if it's XP or IE9 if you have vista/7

Try opening Internet Explorer with no add ons. To do this open the start menu > accessories > system tools > Internet Explorer (No Add ons). If you are then able to access website using Internet Explorer with no add ons we know that there is another piece of software causing the issue. At which point you pretty much want to go through your add or remove programs and look for anything that says it is a speed booster, speed maximizer, registry clean or optimizer, or toolbars and remove them. To follow that up you want to reset Internet Explorer.
