Looking into getting a new desktop--and I don't trust myself custom building

My current desktop, which I grabbed for 400$ custom-built from some guy, isn't cutting it anymore. I raid 25 man firelands, and even with EVERYTHING set to the lowest possible setting, I lag, and get VERY low fps (5~10) and extremely long (read 1 min+) loading screens.

I would just build one, since I'm told it is a lot cheaper that way, but I don't really trust myself handling computer parts, and figuring out how to correctly place fans, cards, etc, as well as making sure they are compatible (the best I ever did was replace a power supply, with lots and lots of google images and trial and error).

I also have that fatal human flaw--I wanna look for something cheap first. But I have no idea what would need to be upgraded when buying a cheap machine from the manufacturer to get good performance.

I'd like to be able to have my graphics up some (ultra is a far, far away dream, I don't know if I could convince myself to buy a computer good enough to do that), like to better see the rings on the Alysrazor fight or effects on weapons and mounts (I turned up my graphics the other day and was fascinated by the glow on my polearm).

Currently I'm looking at two machines from CyberPower:

Instead of just telling me which is the best, can you tell me how you'd expect each one to run games and WoW? Load times, fps, max settings possible? Or what would need to be upgraded for better performance? So I know what I really need to look for?

I've tried searching forums for answers, but it feels like it's all in a code I can't understand.
I'm a huge geek, but... computers just escape my understanding. So try not to use big words.

If you are looking for a WoW computer, a Intel CPU will get you miles farther.

    Try this Build
    http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/CyberPower_H67_Configurator/

    Config Number: 1DDGVA (http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1DDGVA)

If you can possibly spare some more upgrade the video card.

GTX 560 TI stable at 1GhZ
    PCPartPicker Love it.
