Is this a good computer for $1300?

Mobo: MSI P67-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
    CPU: i5 2500k Sandy Bridge GHz (3.7 Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95w Quad-Core
    RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4Gb) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
HDD: Western Digital 1tb 7200rpm SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive (BARE DRIVE)
GPU: Evga gtx 570 HD w/Display-Port (Fermi) Mb 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express
CPU: Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus
    PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750w ATX12V 80 PLUS Bronze Certified
    DVD: LITE-ON DVD Burner
    CASE: NZXT Phantom

I'm pretty sure this is all compatible hardware, correct me if I'm wrong please. I would like to go with an 60gb ssd but I don't think it will fit my budget
currently. And the computer I have right now is about to die lol and I'm not gunna replace any of this shit, its an awful build I bought from craigslist without doing my research.

I plan on atleast getting 4.5Ghz with this CPU and cooler

I want to be able to do all games at 1920x1080 with ultra settings, and have this build able to be upgrade later on.

    Thanks

Edit: My budget is > $1400

NZXT Phantom is a nice looking case but if you want the cooling performance you have to buy extra fans and the 200mm are meant to be shit, if you want good cooling performance get a HAF X the extra money is what you would spend on fans anyway and the fans are better, if you want style, go for the Phantom
    1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
    2) Unrack
    3) Crank out 15 reps
    4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day

Sweet build, everything is compatible. Only way I could suggest to spend a bit more cash if you want is to get a modular PSU.
