As the post say's, Coalescence are looking to increase their raiding members. Coalescence are an English speaking alliance guild on Kazzak and has been with you all since vanilla. With the release of Cataclysm, Coalescence took the decision to stop raiding 25 man and only raid 10 man on a casual basis. Even with only raiding 1 to 2 nights a week we have still managed to down 12/12 normal and 4/12 on HC.
However we are now back to our old ways and are now raiding 25 man once more. So far with a slow start we've downed 5/7 in Firelands and with a few more members to boost our numbers i cant see if long before they are all dead.
So Coalescence are currently on the lookout for healing classes to join us. Of course exceptional applications from other roles will be accepted.
> We do expect all applicants to have a understanding of their character and game mechanics.
> Raid preparation is a must, i.e. Flasks, food and potions.
> Ventrillo (Mic is optional but listening is vital)
Lastly
> Gear is not a major part of your application, however we would expect nothing less than troll 5 man heroic gear.
Our raiding times will be Thursday and Sunday at 19:30 GT until 00:00 GT. If our progress in Firelands is good we will look into the possibility of raiding on Wednesday too, also at the same raiding times.
