About us:
Dissension is the reform of Dissidence, which was the leading guild on Hellfire and the Vindication Battlegroup during The Burning Crusade and The Wrath of the Lich King until our disband in August '09.
In less than a month time after recreating the guild we reclaimed our status as the primary guild on Hellfire with our server first kill of the Lich King in both 10 and 25 normal and subsequent server first kills of every heroic boss, in both 10 and 25. This culminated in a server first Light of Dawn and server first Hallion HC defeat.
In Cataclysm we have continued with 25man content and will do so for the foreseable future.

We run a 4 day raid week, with the following raid times:
Monday 20:00 - 24:00
Tuesday 20:00 - 24:00
Wednesday 20:00 - 24:00
Thursday 20:00 - 24:00
Requirements for applicants:
- Gear and professions appropriate for our raiding content.
- High attendance record. We run a small roster, which means barely any sitting out. Therefore we require as close to 100% attendance as possible.
- Stable internet connection.
- Extensive raiding experience in Cataclysm and WotLK. Raiding experience from Vanilla and TBC is a plus.
- Ability to perform as close to optimal with the means at hand. This requires extensive knowledge about your class, spec and theorycrafting.
Generally, you should be able to handle criticism well and learn quickly from mistakes. We are not keen on whiners/drama-queens, loot%*%%@s and slackers.
Loot:
Loot is distributed according to an EPGP system, with officers having the power to overrule this on occassions when we deem it more beneficial to the guild.
