Battle of the Cattle

After looking at Tauren being half-human and half-bull (Like a minotaur) Something went off in the back of my mind.

Who would win? A Scottish Highland bull or an American Bison (Buffalo) bull?

To clarify, a bull is a non-castrated adult male of cattle.
