Why is it so hard to find a Mythic raiding guild that isn't full of toxic people?

Hey all, in a 10 man raiding guild. Were currently at 6/7 Normal, looking to down Rag monday. My question for you all is this:
I am currently using Jar of Ancient Remedies and Core of Ripeness. I am getting a Tsunami deck tommorrow, and am wondering which trinket to replace.
I seem to be having a ton of mana issues in raids, but still pull decent healing. I have access to Mana Tide in my raid, so this helps a lot. I am just wondering if Tsunami + Jar would be the best for the static spirit gain? Or double int trinkets?

Gold selling site spam is an important part of our eco system.
You see, there are currently to many puppies and kittens on this world.
Every time a Goldseller spams his advertisement on the mmo-champion site, a puppy dies.

even if the jar was on heroic i would still rather have core.

Unless it's Shard of Woe, go with int trinkets.
