    specifying if it's on us/eu/tw servers would help, also expect to pay upwards of 300k with mount speed normalization

    Would be easier browsing your server or server-forum. Considering a possible seller would be from a different realm, 300k on a random realm is not what a seller would want.

    It's legal if you buy the actual in-game item for in-game gold. Go to us.battle.net or eu.battle.net, Forums, Server Forums, Server and post something. You can only post something when logged in with your battle.net account.

    EDIT: Sorry, I don't know if it is legal or not on this website. Like everyone else, I just check the button which says "I've read and understood blablabla" :<
