    Possibly messed up my RAM.

So today I was trying to take my 16g (host minecraft server) DDR3 Gskill RAM from 1333 to 1600 mhz. I got 1 BSOD and I seem to have fixed that by changing everything back, but, the timings were scrwed up and CPU-Z is telling me that im clocked at 667 mhz. How can I either get a stable 1600 or a back to normal 1333.

y drivers, BIOS are up to date. Everything is plugged in right and my PSU is big enough (though kinda irrelevant.)

    Will respond in the morning.

DDR stands for "Double Data Rate".

    666.7 * 2 = 1333

    Your RAM is fine.

    +1 , It's just how CPU-Z reads your RAM.
    E.g. Mine says 480 in a 5:6 ratio, with the default PC being 6400 (6400 / 8 = 800MHz) and it's OC'd to 960 MHz.
    480 x 2 = 960.

    Yours is being read the same way... 666.7 * 2 = 1333.4 PC:10700 (10700 / 8 = 1337.5MHz)

(Do mind the power stepping, it's on 3.8 under load )
