Thrash Metal, it's been proven to let out a feeling, is to feel it through a different way, Thrash metal being aggressive, then I'd day do it, works for me, makes me happier when I'm happy, makes me calm down when I'm angry.

I love metal and hard rock and was listening to Bullet for my Valentine: Last Fight. Generally music will get the rage out of me, but I am really angry and need something that will bleed the hate from me. Any suggestions?

As cool as it sounds to have music "bleed the hate from you" all it's going to do is get you playing air guitar in your room and lookin like a dumbass when your roomate walks in.

Try listening to two girls going at it. Its almost impossible to be angry after that, especially considering the wood you'd have to work off (angrily if need be) you'd probably end up falling asleep immediately afterwards.

If you are still angry after that....than you have issues and should seek help cause no one should be that emo.
