Raid Times (3 Nights/wk):
Tues/Wed - 7:30 - 10:15~
Sunday - 5:30 - 9:30~

Laughing Skull is a CST server

With the typical raid week only lasting 10 hours, we are looking for applicants that share our interest in raiding efficiently. Cauldrons and feasts are provided for, but we expect players to be alert and have a strong understanding of your class and the encounters. Pushing through the harder heroics in Cata requires that all our players are knowledgeable and competitive and bring 100% every night.

Guild Environment / History:
Beyond being in a competitive PvE guild that has consistently been pushing through all heroic encounters for the last 3 expansions, you are also part of one of the longest lasting guilds in WoW. Many of our raiders have been with us for over two years, and there is a strong community that doesn’t comprise itself around hyper-aggressive raiding. While we are dedicated to success and pushing content, we do so while having fun. Our burnout rates are low, and stability is a huge plus for our guild. P4L uses officer loot to distribute gear, which has always been fair; loot drama is unheard of.

Expectations:
As said previously, we only raid roughly 10 hours a week and are always pushing new content. We need players with intelligent specs who can rationalize and defend their talent choices. We need people with good attendance, who learn from their mistakes and can come to raids prepared with the knowledge of the night’s encounters.
Because of our environment, we need mature players who enjoy successfully completing encounters and performing to the best of their classes abilities. We don’t want to recruit anyone that will !#!## and moan endlessly and leave after a brief stay.
