    Should I Upgrade?

    okay, guys.

    I see many threads with: this is my new pc, thoughts please.

    Well, basically, Imma gonna post here my pc specs and I hope that I get replies that state whether or not I should upgrade.

    Case: Cooler Master 3 fans (dunno what model, it's a damn case :<)
    Motherboard: ASRock P45XE-R
    CPU: Intel Core2Duo E7400
    RAM: 2x2gig and 2x1gig DDR2 800 Mhz Kingston
    HDD: 1 250GB Excelsior and 1 disk of 1TB Western Digital
    Optical Drive: 1 DVD-Burner and 1 Floppy Disk
    GPU: Sapphire Radion HD4650
    PWS: Zalman 600W
    Cooler: Stock
    Extra Cards: Sweex 5.1 Sound Card and Intel LAN-Network 10/100 card

    1st... you have a floppy disk drive? /jaw-floor

    now on topic...
    yes you should definitely upgrade if you can afford it... the system is plenty out of date and you'd see huge performance boosts with modern tech.

    all this talk about floppy drives got me in the mood to listen to some 8-track tapes

    well, yeah, I still have a floppy disk drive, with the original cable from the 90's attached to it

    ... Most likely not. And yea what taek said, I'm sure you could get quite a bit performance boosts from an upgrade.
