While I agree that feral damage isn't that great and their utility not really good enough to make people bring feral DPSers in their progress to world firsts, I do not think that ferals need a damage buff. Maybe they could increase the range on Stampeding Roar to make it a bit more viable, but a 30% damage buff would be way too much.

Not really if you have competent designers who realise that you need two combat systems in an MMo to balance it, instead of trying to balance it all within 1.

Or if you have competent designers who realize you balance characters for PvP and balance bosses around what those characters can put out. e.g. balance bosses for pve, balance characters for pvp.

Amazing, all in one combat system.

Sadly PvP was an after-thought. So it'd be a huge overhaul if they ever did that, which they won't with WoW.
