Name Plate configuration

I tried out the add on aloft, tidyplates, and platebuffs.
I liked the part where it shows my debuffs and cast bars on enemies but I hated the way the name plates shows (maybe I'm used to the original name plates).
I removed the add on's but somehow the class color remain unchanged.
Now, everytime I see an enemy player's name plate, it is shown in their class color.
Is there a way to change it back to normal? (Red health bar on their name plates?)

(Note: I already tried removing the WTF, Cache, Interface folders, but it didn't work)

My other question is, are there any other add on's out there that shows my debuffs and their cast bars (even not the targetted npc/players) without changing the original name plates? Like just adding the debuffs around the original name plates like how platebuffs addon works?

That was a toggle somewhere in the Interface options I believe. I'll go look for it.

ESC > Interface > Game > Combat > Class Colors in Nameplates
