Power Auras question

So finally managed to get a mastery trinket (moonwell one) after losing the single drop out of 12 combined normal and hc v+t kills for mirror.

So my question is, can I set up Power Auras so I get an aura when I have the increased ES up (with a timer) which is hidden when I have normal ES up?

If you have strings or an idea how to, please post here as I'm terrible with the addon itself.
