    Shadow Gear Question

    I have the enji helm where you can add +200 something haste/spirit using the cog slots. Should I be replacing this helm with anything in firelands? Maybe with tier 12 I guess if it means 4 set? I'll likely never see heroic firelands, but I'll see normal drops really soon once my raid group made of real life friends starts making attempts. Maybe I should be just waiting for the shoulders to drop instead for 4 set.

    The engineering helm one of the best helms for 359 gear (with haste+spirit cogwheels). Any 372 helm or higher is better by a long shot.
