Here are the basics:
We are a couple who has been running a guild for the last year or so on Gilneas. Despite our best efforts we have been dissatisfied with the lack of interest and drive by our raiders so we're starting to look for a new home. We both have experience raid leading and in leadership positions. At this point we a simply looking for an established, capable guild with spots for both of us.

Arlynne - Feral DPS MS (ilvl 368), Resto OS (ilvl 363)
Odwela - Feral Tank MS (ilvl 366), Boomkin OS (ilvl 365)
(We would both strongly to prefer playing on our main specs, as they are what we are best at, if possible.)

Availability:
Weekdays/Sunday after 8PM (EST)
Prefer 3 days a week but willing to consider 4

What You Get:
Two dedicated raiders who...

• ...are comfortable in both of their specs.
• ...are willing to research and make changes in order to maximize their characters.
• ...are not drama-causers or loot hogs.
• ...love to have fun during raid but still know when it's time to be serious.
• ...are adults (21 & 25).
• ...(while lacking in progression due to leading a less-than-motivated guild for several months) are driven to learn and defeat new content including hardmodes.

What We're Looking For:

• Alliance! Faction changing is really not an option for us at the moment unfortunately.
• An established group who runs when they're scheduled to.
• An adult, drama-free atmosphere. We are not sensitive to crude humor, etc.
• You are working on Firelands. We don't mind pre-heroics but please be planning to push them.
• Either a 10 or 25man guild.
• (Eventually) Full time positions. Being rotated for fights is fine but we aren't looking to full time bench warm.

Our Current FL Experience:
3/7 Normal (Shannox, Beth'tilac, Rhyolith) with several good attempts on Baleroc.

We have a few semi-geared 85 alts between us that we would be willing to focus on if there was a particular need for them.

Hello Arly, you may want to look into The Iron fist. We are a pretty tight knit group that I have recently joined, and so far I am having a blast with them. We are currently recruiting for immediate spots to continue progression into Heroic Firelands. You must have some experience in Cataclysm raiding (10 or 25) on the character and spec with which you are applying to be considered.


Raid Schedule

We currently raid Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sunday and Mondays 8 PM to Midnight. Invites are given out 15 minutes prior to raid start and all members are expected to be in the instance, ready, and on time for the raid beginning.


Accomplishments and Achievements

TIF was the only guild native to Kargath to kill heroic Lich King on 25 man mode prior to Cataclysm.

Realm First Heroic: The Twilight Destroyer (Halion)
All Icecrown Citadel achievements completed for Glory of the Icecrown Raider (25 player).
Realm First! Grand Crusader for A Tribute To Insanity (Trial of the Grand Crusader)
All Ulduar achievements completed for Glory of the Ulduar Raider (25 player)
