The big question, what trink should a prot pally use in firelands?

I've got Spidersilk Spindle (Beth'tilac normal trinket) And heroic Symbiotic Worm (Heroic Magmaw trinket).

But in my bag I've got the alchemy 359 ilvl, also the Avengers of Hyjal 378 trinkets.

Which should I use?

Maybe I should use different ones for different fights, just downed heroic shannox, and going for heroic progress now. Any tips?

I run Spidersilk / alchemy trinket for most fights. Best overall combo imo.

spidersilk+mastery strenth on use trinket from rep or spider+tol barad trinket unless your avoidance capped then a stam trinket is fine.

The Trinket proc from Magmaw is useless if you're block capped. Get Scales of life if you're just after a basic stam trinket.

I like running dual avengers trinkets but once I score a Spindle I will probably use Stay and spindle. Essence for Tps.
