A few RL friends just started getting back into wow arenas and started up right away. tonight we ran mage warrior priest and did alright, 22-9 at 1700 mmr. but every loss seemed to be to a team that just destroyed me (Disc Priest). I have an 85 shaman too that i could arena with if it would be a better fit. Which one would be better heals for the comp, Disc or Resto Sham?

Disc Priest all day. WMP is a great comp right now. Maybe if you were more specific about what comps were destroying you, we could be a bit more helpful
As a general tip, if you are getting trained by melee, dont pillar hump. Get in LoS of your mage and warrior so they can peel off you
