There is an addon that announce in chat when you use a Cooldown. for instance, I use Guardian of Ancient kings, and instead of having a macro saying that I used it, this addon says in a chat that I set it to, that I used this Cooldown, instead of spamming chat with a macro when its on Cooldown.

I think it was ARG or something, but cant remember
