I use wow-professions for all my proff leveling... What do you mean it doesn't tell you exactly where to go? It has maps of every place you should be farming for each section of you're leveling.

Around your level you can go up to like 230 herbing fairly easy without going to very high level zones.

North Stranglethorn is great to push over the 100-150 mark, west plaguelands is very good after 150 since there's Fadeleaf around the farms and Khadgars around trees.
