not that i generally find "pee" or "chic" to be good words for someone's name either, though.

since i didn't bother with the character name reservation at all (what was the deal with that anyway? i just read briefly that everyone was complaining about it being all kinds of broken) i'll probably just try to use my usual Sy[somethingthatkindsofsoundsnicegoeshere] and see what is available, like Synara, Synali, Sykhor, etc.

A couple people from this thread, including me with friends, Viscoe with friends, and hopefully that nutty blueberry elf will be playing on Stormtalon. (NA btw)

In all seriousness, I believe a few of us are burned from being on pvp servers previously and don't want a repeat of the experience.

Yep. We've all spent roughly a decade doing that from lack of insight, following friends, being late to the game, etc....now that we have advanced notice on what is going on, I'm pretty sure we'd like to enjoy the game at our leisure and seek out PvP intentionally when that is our desire. I can't speak for everyone, but of the few people I've directly talked to about this that is the general consensus.

Sounds about right, at least in my case. It also involves medical bullcrap for me, but for my friends, it's mostly a "been there, done that, not doing it again" sort of situation.

No. Servers open 5/31.

If you look carefully, they pushed your sub forward 3 days on both ends so it fits the actual headstart period + free month from buying the game. (You get 3 days free May 31-June 3 for the headstart, the sub starts to "count" from June 3.)

i will almost certainly join a friend anyway, who was also the guy who got me interested into the game in the first place.

unless he decides to go dominion with some other silly friends of his. but he loves aurin almost as much as i do, so the chaces for that are slim.

Yep 10 years of wow pvp servers along with pvp servers on other mmos are more than enough for me, so for the first time I will leveling on a pve server.

I'm just using biji plates and junkit for addons at the moment.
Does anyone know how good grid is for wildstar? I plan on healing and would like a different UI for that.
And is there a good quest addon? There are several up on curse and was wondering what other people thought about them

But that's like...literally the letters you used. If you named yourself Crakhor I'd be yelling at you for the same reason. I like the other ones though. Sycophant would be funny, but only if you were a Cassian. Don't really like funny names anyways. I think it has something to do with the fact that I used Kittyvicious to be silly, only to wind up maining that character for 8 years. No more 'haha, I'll never play this character' names. Not ever.
