Everytime I try & login to the PTR, it tell's me that,
"There was a problem logging in with this account. You may not have a World of Warcraft game attached to your account, or you may be logging into a different region from the one you created your account in. If you continue having trouble, please contact support."
I do have a WoW game attached as I am still playing the retail version. Not really sure what the problem could be.

The PTR servers aren't up yet.

Is this the first time you've used the PTR, or did you download the client using a mirror? If so go to your Bnet account management page and see if you have a WoW PTR license. If not you may have to try and download the client again, or contact blizzard.
