Need help identifying combat text addon

Does anyone know what addon the shaman uses for his combat text? Look at 3:20-3:50
The the separate incoming damage and incoming heals areas in the middle of the screen, and outgoing damage on the right.
I tried to recreate it with MSBT, but I can't seem to find any option that makes the text move only if there's new damage/healing taking its place. It just keeps scrolling. On top of that, I'd also like to have the ** indicators when I do a critical hit.

I don't think it's built into tukui, but then again, I only spend like half an hour on it.

and I agree, I don't think it's MSBT either. Never seen combat text like that.
