There are no full violet sets unfortunately, but here's some purple toned ones that may go well with the mount. I'd highly recommend the addon mogit for finding armour and making sets you like.
These are the Steadfast set with Mantle of the Sea Wolf and Melmorta's Longbow, Enduring set with the Skettis bow and Ruthless Gladiator set, though I'm never satisfied with any bow that goes with this tbh. A few options are this, this and this. There are more options that could work in mogit, it's just a matter of taste.

Well. Shaman mogs work really well.
Amani mail recolor. + the voodoo bow thing. Looks really cool as a troll. Best alternative as hunters lack good transmog

Should have the transmog equipped on my armory page. Same name as my mmo-champion acc xD

Can't link cuz keyboard turning too much yo. Would be more helpful but yeah.

Edit: Oh and ofc u wannt get the actual leggins instead of these robes from the amani mail. Hunter in robes? Please. This set kinda makes you look like one of them shadow hunters in the horde garrison which inspired my choice of mog.

I really wish they would put some more horde scrap mog sets in the garrison. I have a bucketload of scraps left over after buying out all the sets in there currently. I would love to see an Ironforge guard set that is moggable by any armor type.

Must be nice, I don't get a choice but to be fine with blues because my troll is pale blue and most hunter chest pieces and gloves don't fully cover the arms so it looks dumb with darker colors .

Try using different colored shirts underneath to cover gaps...I do it on a few sets to make them look better.

I was not wearing gold and blue, but the weapon from Mannoroth is gold and blue. I couldn't take the colour clash any more and pulled out the Siege of Orgrimmar robot (with some donor items from drak'tharon, sanctum and HFC). I never thought I would ever pull out the SoO robot. It has also now crossed my mind that the Hellfire Citadel tier set is not going to match the weapons. What were they thinking.



For standing up and less sitting.

I call it the "deal with it" set. Just had to do something with those glasses... Still need a bit of work (waist and hands, perhaps also bow and chest) but the overall feel of the set is there :P
