There's a mail "belt" in Hellfire Citadel which is basically just a couple of pouches strapped to your waist. I imagine that one is very useful.

The issue with that item is mostly that usually transitions between chestpiece and leggings look like arse without a belt.

Though if anyone can suggest a better chest other than this or the skyshatter one, I am all ears. Even if it replaces the kilt (as long as it is a kilt)

also wowhead doesnt show it but the weapons vapor effect is a very good blue.

The hat is Hood of Dispassionate Execution
Shoulders are Imperfect Specimens 27 and 28 (heroic, and same model at the Tier 13 Spiritwalker's heroic shoulders)
Chest is Spiritwalker's Hauberk (T13 heroic)
Belt is Warsong Cord
Staff is Twin's Pact
Hands are Windwalker's Handwraps (normal)
Feet are Slagstomper Treads

The dangly bit on the belt is neatly hidden by the robe and there's no clipping at all, and I went with the normal version of the tier gloves as the blue matches the blue detail on the robe.

So this is a thing I came up with randomly, it looks super nice and I really love it... however I'm never actually going to transmog it because it doesn't fit the character in the least. xD
