He is complain about Melee cleaves and how they can stick on a lock forever and pretty much ride him to death, It's not about if Shaman/Lock is op just that it's irritating seeing a tsg ride your healer or lock till they die, which is very often. Oh and Shaman/Lock is not op at all :P

Agreed seeing as a warrior with Heroic apparatus and on-use pvp trinket can hit 77% crit chance >.<

This will sound like a complete QQ post, but whatever. This expansion dumbed shit down so much, too much homogenisation. They made pretty much every comp in this game able to just tunnel damage and fuck someone over in a few seconds. So lets look how its been:

4.0.3- Ferals raping shit over, way too much damage and mobility, my priest was litterally killed only by the bleeds. Warriors and paladins were strong making kitty cleave unplayable. Mages were actually fine at this point, lots of control but that´s how the class is. Rogues, priests and hunters unplayable. Ladders reset because of cheating

4.0.6- Alot of things were indeed fixed, and it seemed good untill around the time that T2 weapons were released. Warriors had so sick burst in recklessness that around 50% of the top ladder teams were KFC. Warlock/Shaman domination started growing around this time. Mages were strong but not quite overpowered yet. Defensive dispel was somewhat of a problem. This was the only time i did RBGS, atleast we got to socialise with guild for half an hour while we waited for queue to face 5 healers 2 retri pala blood DK team.

4.1- This is where things start getting fucked up. UA dispel damage DOUBLED and spirit link totem is added. Shaman warlock goes to an entire new level. Frost DKs were buffed to godmode for no apparent reason, with overpowered damage, survivability and immunity cooldowns they rise to the top of the ladders. With TSG Rogue/dk/priest/shaman (shaman ofc if you want EZ ratings) and shadowcleave. Mages at this point have quite overpowered burst. MMR abusing rises and probablly the best disc priest in the game (hydra) loses his R1 title to a MMR abusing Double DK/Hpala (lol they had to cheat with this comp?!). PvP is horrible.

4.2 (present)- Mages stacking mastery for sick burst, MLS and FMP rises, shaman lock domination worse than ever. Legendary staff incoming. EU blizzcon was a complete joke. Every single type of team is now retarded. RMP, the former CC team, now is about getting healers trinket, blinding and then global in a smoke bomb. GJ blizzard, you made the 2 classes which have been known as the CC classes which are hard to play to warriors with cc.

Around 10 blue responses to Transmonwtfisitsname when there are constructive threads on the PvP forum which have maxed up like 3 times with no blue response.

TLDR: Blizzard no longer give a shit about pvp

    /end rant

Ye, a human rogue with pre-nerf UW and trinket could really do damage out of its world.

Unheeded made them up to par with everyother melee now it's nerfed and rogues a bit low on dmg, seeing as warriors are still pew pewing hard and with a feral they are unstoppable QQ

I see types of your post every day and it really bothers me. I assume you don't play a warlock at all and that you get killed by then? Well, it is because they outplay / outskill you. I have 38 keybinds that I use very, very often. More often than my mounts, professions or soul harvest spell.

You might question why it are all shamans - warlocks teams. Just because warlock - priest or warlock - paladin doesn't work. Shaman - Lock requires a lot of skill while TSG and kittycleave can faceroll anything. I have to fakecast 2 times before I can hardcast 5 seconds. Did I pull it off? Fuck yes, I did, I can finally start hardcasting now. I am so happy 'cause I outskilled them! Oh wait, never mind, I got stunned / silenced / DGed and their CD on interrupt is back up. Mind you Interrupt is off the CD, costs nothing (atleast not for rogues or DKs, dunno about wars and ferals) which means they can keep pumping dmg in me while I can try to move away from them with a 70% snare 24/7. Portal you might say? Well, sure, oh wait, DG/charge/Feral Leap/ Shadowstep is off cooldown. AH MAH GAWD U SUK, L2GLYPH SHADOWFLAME! Aight, I did that. What do you say, Oh holy Paladin? Hand of Freedom? Oh but if I fakecasted everything and the stuns and shit are on CD, you can hard cast, right? Well, yes, I in fact can! Oh but the pushbacks of my casts are making my casts longer aswell! And let's not forget about mind numbing or necrotic strike. 3.5 seconds cast on fear you say? Yep, that's right. But oh hey, atleast he is fear and he can't heal, right? Just trinket it, bro. GZ! You feared the Paladin again and your team mate is doing really nice pressure! There is a kill incomming soon! NO WAY! Bubble because fear is bullshit. Fear the DPS? Sure, why not? Berserker rage says hi. He is Lichbornes stronger brother. Father of AMS and Bladestorm. Tell your shaman to l2use his CDs to heal you. I did. And spirit link is so awesome that the warrior can reckstorm us all 3 to death at the same time.

That was the summary of a "skilled" game of TSG.

If everybody is retarded, doesn't that mean the game has achieved a weird sort of balance? Seriously, unless you're one of those players that simply must be a Retribution Paladin, right now some part of your class is entirely viable in PVP--and that's fantastic. Sure, not every spec is rank 1 viable in a 3v3 comp, but every class brings something very real to whatever team they happen to be a part of. The only people who I see complaining these days are those who flatly refuse to play a different spec.

From my experience before I had to quit for a choice: WoW or a new Career, Career won. But before I quit, I was having some fun as an enhancement shaman, but one thing always bothered me: Burst.

Enh. Shamans are not a burst spec/class. In fact elemental isn't a burst class which is funny because in WotLK they had a nuke called Lava Burst which would open up a world of hurt. What happened? The claim that Cataclysm would have higher health for longer matches, lower burst damage, healing wouldn't be broken because healers would run out of mana because heals cost more mana compared to the mana regeneration. There was a lot going for what was to come.

When did I enjoy PvP the most in Cataclysm?
At the start when no one had any gear and damage was actually lower than when we got gear. Burst classes would burst you, but since gear was lower, they couldn't kill you in 3-6 seconds.
The start of cata was horrible tbh, warriors and ferals were too OP and lasted too long. Ferals just bleed and jump and do whatev and warriors neverending stuns together with colussus smatch. Frost mages ice lance too, and resto shamans overall. We can see that this expansion had big failes on balance. They managed to fix mages and warriors a bit but feral and resto shamans has been too strong overall this expansion. And what I'm personally looking for.. buffing these spriests, ele shamans and boomies out there... I just play one of the specs but I think it's unfair we all suffer alike.
Well, in wotlk they didnt fix class balances until icc-patch so lets hope they bring it in catas last big patch as well. I don't have any hopes up since they seem to neglect pvp this entire expansion, why should it change at the end... especially out of the info provided so far.
To sum it up, Im not pleased =)

Elemental shaman balanced in s8? LSD balanced in S8? SP balanced in s8? if you didn't get glad in s8 as LSD on an ele shaman you're handicapped, scratch that, you're worse than handicapped, cuz my handicapped friend who is incapable of getting past 2.1k on a resto shaman while playing with gladiators got glad as LSD in s8, so really what's your point? Current PvP's only big threath are still warlocks who are the strongest class of this expansion over the longest period of time, I'll make this point again, you're saying SP's Ele shamans and Moonkins are underpowered? wrong, they're at a balanced state now. Look back into S8 MLG and such where teams like arena pwnage with novoz& crew were winning as LSD, do you remember that? well thank god I do, an Elemental shaman was able to solo an entire 3v3 team in bloodlust, if you dare call it balanced, I just don't know what to say. Anyway past season qq is sad, still crying about ferals whereas warriors still stomp us in damage, not a single post this entire topic apart from mine about how OP locks are, I'm just sad that people who aren't real pvpers are complaining about pvp, or even trying to fix it, you aren't playing that aspect of the game, whereas you're saying how you want some buffs and how "balanced" s8 was, well newsflash the most balanced arena season since s3 was infact s9, you're just going to have to live with it.

I know I play a rogue, but the thing is, rogues should not be up to par with warriors and dks, just as mages should not be up to par with shadow priests and elemental shamans, this game just has terrible balance. Rogues damage is fine the way it is now.

Play the meta game or lose.

I feel sorry for the lock that is talking about how hard it is to fake and land casts, as he gets focused 1/10 games due to not being able to stick to him on 4 arenas at all, just really warlocks, do you really think your class requires that much skill? it's the caster that has to cast the least but benefits from casting the most.... I mean you need to get 2 cast dots up and you're basically home free, talking about fear from that perspective is very cheap, howl of terror is better than psychic scream, and if you're getting faceraped by TSG in MLS/RLS/Shadowplay/Shadowcleave you my friend are a noob, and should l2p your class. You think that skill justifies LS teams being in over 60% of the top 20 teams in all bg's? BIG FACT HERE: I played a lock in full 371 gear in MLS to 2750 with little to no skill whatsoever( I literally just farmed the gear ) I guess I have to thank my partners for it, but you guys, have it by far the easiest in the 3v3 bracket. I know I'm qqing I know I sound like a lock flamer, but in reality I didn't say that fear/dots were op I just said the class is too strong in 3v3 and should be redesigned with less utility, really, complaining about warrior/dk breaking fear, cool, can a rogue do that? any druid? hunter? mage? hpala? no hpala can bubble once and trinket once, then he sits a fear and due to his 0 healing while cc'd thing you should score a kill or well you deserve to lose. Priest ? once every 5min. hell the only 3 classes that can counter fear are shamans warriors and dk's, and they're all there to counter you, because if they couldn't break fear, locks would be unbeatable in 3v3, not that it helps the case that much if the lock is extremely good.

Ask Ele Shams/ Enh Shams / Boomkins how Cata PvP is.

    Simply, it's awful.

When does Guild Wars 2 come out?
