[H] Guilty as Sin (10) 6/7 HC - Twilight's Hammer EU
Hi,
We're a small guild of about 12 people, most of us have played together for several years and are intimately familiar with each others bad habits and play styles , this leads to us having a slightly more direct way of communicating. Some would call this R rated or other overly fancy words, we call been it being friends for years. We expect people to be able to dish out as good as they get and keep it on point while pointing out things to improve. This however does not entail disrespect, only more frankness.We're looking for people who will actively participate in our raids, both on vent and in the game, raiding is a team effort and we need your contribution. 10 man raids require more participation per person than 25 mans, as such we see people being vocal a key element in the success of a 10 man raid.
What we expect:We're all adults here, things pop up/people need to do other stuff, that is fine. We do however expect you to be able to plan ahead, we would like to know in advance when you have other arrangements so we can plan ahead. We don't expect a 4 week planning session , but the upcoming week would be preferred. This way we can plan our raids accordingly and people can do other stuff when applicable.
We are currently 6/7 Heroic in firelands. We want to replenish our number to face off ragnaros and be prepared for 4.3.
The maximum raid days/times are: Wed,Thurs,Sun and Monday - 19.30 - 24.00
